Car in Bush

Hares: Dripper/Pink Bits
On On: opposite the Parky, Parkerville.

No power all day and some juicy toys just arrived in the mail. Therefore:
It was a good run. We saw a car in the bush.
Add your own details.

[update] Yes, I admit to being slack, but it was worth it as the below comments are much better than my usual half-arsed attempts.  Also, I am now over my Oculus Rift (a fancy VR computer gizmo) induced motion sickness and can move/speak/type again without feeling ill.

So arrival to the run lead us to believe many many had suddenly heard of the Hills Hash House Harriers. Yes we had become famous throughout the length and breadth of the land as several young families gathered in the circle area. Alas, as the time for starting approached they all left, having only joined us to pat Scarlett Runner Bean and talk to Velvet the Pony about her “My Little Human” (she’s quite lovely, but doesn’t respond much to pats, she just keeps munching on licorice allsorts with a bit of a faraway look…)

The run and walk started well, and we welcomed SRB’s brother Keith and his girls, Leith and Loretta. Pink Bits then gave an Oration worthy of JFK (ask not what this walk can do for you…) followed by having to listen to a tissue of odious lies which dribbled on and on from Dripper’s loathsome slathering lips.

The Runners started with a plethora of checks, false trails, excessively used cars and extreme hills, all of which were promised not to exist (except the car thing).

The walkers did well, having been taken most of the way to York and back as I understand it.

Eventually, after many marshmallows, licorice allsorts and lashings of ginger beer the cats were herded into the usual circle, the last for GPS, our current GM. There were the usual reminders for a can of something for souper soup next week as well as the GMHA, to be held at cafe Müeller. As well as down downs and, as I recall, less than the usual incoherent ramblings. Possibly because I am not drinking in July.

After which a few hardy souls headed for the pub to be treated to a bit of French.

Oh lord another hash I love hash but not when you go a head and sit on. Medium sized rock in a huge puddle and the rock falls as you sit on it! I was covered in mud (well my leg was) .
